ADMISSION PROCEDURE –
Pre – Primary Class :
Admission is based on activities to assess the thinking skills and the ability to identify and associate fundamental concepts like shapes, colours, objects and numbers. The oral skills and level of understanding is judged by an interactive session with the child. The test is a tool for IDENTIFICATION and not elimination.
Class I, II, III :
The child is tested with objective type questions based on recapitulation of basic question in English, Maths and second language.
Class IV, V :
Test is conducted in English, Mathematics, Second language and Mental ability to assess the logical thinking and numerical aptitude of the child.
Class VI, VII, VIII, IX :
The child is tested in English, Mathematics and Science to judge the understanding level of the concepts and in Mental Ability to test the rational thinking of the child.
Class XI :
Admission to class XI is based on the Aptitude test and Cumulative Assessment / Board results of Class X. The students are allotted streams basing on the marks secured in English, Mathematics and Science for Science stream, English and Mathematics for Commerce stream and English for Humanities stream. (Admission test is followed by an interactive session with the parents to apprise them about our system).
